We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Market Researcher to join well-known organization. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our global expansion efforts by conducting in-depth market research, and feasibility studies, and providing valuable insights into target markets. The successful candidate should have excellent analytical skills, and be adept at conducting comprehensive market analyses.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough market research to identify opportunities, and challenges in the industry for potential market entry.
  • Evaluate emerging market opportunities to inform strategic decision-making.
    Gather Strong data for specific markets and products around the world
  • Analyze economic indicators and trends in target countries to evaluate the economic stability and growth potential for the industry.
  • Develop and implement market entry strategies based on research findings and collaborate with cross-functional teams for successful execution.
  • Provide regular reports and presentations on market research findings, including actionable insights and recommendations for decision-making.
  • Conduct benchmarking against industry standards and competitors to identify key performance indicators for success.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience as market research in well-known organization
  • Proven experience in feasibility studies and market analyses for international market entry.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and draw actionable insights.
  • Familiarity with economic indicators and their impact on business operations.
  • Proficiency in using market research tools, data analytics software, and other relevant technologies.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Creating and executing the institution’s marketing communications strategy in conjunction with the Manager of Media and Communication to meet institution strategic marketing objectives.
  •  Assisting in creation of institution’s marketing communications budget and spend in-line with the strategy and with required approvals.
  •  Collaboration with senior leaders and stakeholders in the building and maintenance of consistent branding and corporate identity across all marketing and public relations channels.
  •  Collaborating with cross-functional teams (all institution departments) to produce effective promotional materials in line with international brand positioning and guidelines.
  •  Design, develop and maintain the institution’s marketing collateral.
  •  Support the creating of the institution’s impactful marketing strategies and implement the campaigns to drive increased market share in Islamic finance and economy field and in finance and economy fields in general and improve the marketing database.
  • Planning and executing the institution’s approved events with the following responsibilities relating to arranging conferences, product launches, golf days, exhibitions etc.
  • producing detailed marketing proposals for events, programs, and projects (e.g., timelines, venues, suppliers, legal obligations, staffing and budgets).
  • Work with Media and Communication Manger to strategically identify and develop major supporters to secure partners.
  • Building and maintaining pipelines of prospective major supporters and partners.
  • Create sponsorship and partnership packages and proposals.
  • Contributing to the communication business development database and tracking of relationships.
  • Collaborating with Media and Communication Manager to ensure we have effective partner journeys, care, and stewardship.

Required Experience / Knowledge:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in, communications, marketing, business marketing, or closely related field
  • Fluently in English and Arabic.
  • Professional writing and editing skills.
  • Proposals writing.
  • Must be self-starter with a high level of drive to achieve success.
  •  Must be able to work in a matrix environment and run multiple priority tasks in parallel.
  •  3-5 years of experience within a mid-to-large sized non-profits responsible for setting and executing marketing, partnerships, and stewardship strategies.
  • Excellent communication abilities with all levels and roles in an organization.
  •  Advanced MS Excel skills, proficiency in PowerPoint and Word.
