يُعقد مؤتمر منتدى البركة الإقليمي الخامس ضمن فعاليات النسخة السادسة من الأسبوع العربي للتنمية المستدامة الذي يُنظم هذا العام تحت شعار: “تجديد الرؤى واستشراف المستقبل” ويُقام المؤتمر تحت عنوان: “نحو رؤى اقتصادية متجددة لمستقبل عربي مستدام: الاقتصاد الإسلامي كمنصة للتنمية والتحول“ ، بهدف ترسيخ الفكر الاقتصادي القيمي في صياغة مسارات تنموية بديلة ومستدامة. ويعكس المؤتمر التوجه الاستراتيجي لمنتدى البركة للاقتصاد الإسلامي نحو بلورة رؤى اقتصادية جديدة تُعيد الاعتبار للقيم والأخلاق في السياسات التنموية، مواكبًا التحولات الإقليمية والدولية المتسارعة. بمشاركة نخبة من القيادات الفكرية والاقتصادية، وممثلي المؤسسات المالية والتنموية، وخبراء السياسات العامة والتمويل، ومنظمات المجتمع المدني، ومراكز الأبحاث، يشكل المؤتمر منصة لإعادة التفكير في آليات التمويل والعمل المجتمعي والحوكمة الاقتصادية بمنظور أخلاقي ورؤية مستقبلية.

The 5^th AlBaraka Summit in London

On 13–14 October 2026, the 5th AlBaraka Summit in London, organised by AlBaraka Forum for Islamic Economy as part of the AlBaraka Summits series, was held at JW Marriott Grosvenor House, London, under the theme “Ethics in Action: Rebuilding Foundations and Advancing the Global Impact of the Islamic Economy.”
Over two days, the Summit brought together government ministers, policymakers, scholars, business leaders, and industry experts for keynote addresses, five thematic panels, and two workshops, exploring ethical leadership, Islamic finance, social development, entrepreneurship, and digital transformation.
The Summit was held with The Islamic Chamber of Commerce and Development (ICCD) as Strategic Partner, Al Baraka Group as Global Partner, and Anadolu Agency as Global Communication Partner, with the support of Arab Bank Europe as Gold Sponsor and Libya Africa Investment Portfolio (LAIP) as Silver Sponsor.

The 3^rd Global Islamic Economy Summit in Istanbul

Istanbul is set to host one of the most influential gatherings across the global Islamic economy. At a critical moment for capital and sustainable growth, the 3rd Global Islamic Economy Summit convenes decision-makers, financial institutions, investors, and industry leaders. Held under the theme: “Capital in the Islamic Economy: Structuring Wealth for Sustainable Development.”

The Fourth Edition - "Young Researchers Hosting Grant"

AlBaraka Forum for Islamic Economy is pleased to announce the launch of the fourth edition of the Young Researchers Hosting Grant, held as part of AlBaraka Symposium (47) in Madinah in January 2027. The Forum invites young researchers to apply and seize this opportunity to explore key issues in Islamic economics and finance, contribute to discussions, and build connections with leading scholars and thinkers in the field. The application deadline is 1 September 2026.

London Halal Forum 2025

Dr. Hassanein Abdel-Moneim Hassanein, Member of the Shariah Supervisory Board at AlBaraka Bank Egypt, and several other Shariah boards, Head of Shariah Compliance and Auditing at AlBaraka Bank.

The program is presented to the members of the Shariah Supervisory Board and Shariah auditing Libyan North Africa Bank. The program aims to equip participants with the essential tools to ensure the success of the transformation process through a comprehensive training that combines both theoretical and practical aspects.

Post Event Report of the 2^nd Global Islamic Economy Summit in Istanbul

Organized by AlBaraka Forum as part of the AlBaraka Summits series, the event was held from May 30 to June 1, 2025, at Halkbank headquarters, at Istanbul Financial Center under the theme “Islamic Economics Strategies: Path to Influential Global Economy.” Attended by H.E. Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, President of the Republic of Türkiye, the summit brought together over 1,000 participants from 50 countries, including government officials, diplomats, entrepreneurs, and academics, in a globally significant event marked by rich discussions and strategic partnerships with key Turkish and international institutions.
